About Career Education
Your future starts here
Career Education at Denmark SHS helps students develop the self-awareness, career knowledge and planning skills to make informed decisions about their future. Students explore the changing nature of work, investigate career pathways, and build the personal attributes valued by employers and tertiary institutions.
The WA Career and Enterprise curriculum develops students' understanding of how to create a positive future for themselves — covering self-assessment, career exploration, labour market knowledge, goal-setting, and the transition from school to work or further education.
